Firewood finally stacked
Finally got the firewood stacked a couple of days ago, glad to see the end of that. The rows are 24 feet long, 2 feet wide and just under 5 feet high. I figure there are about 6 bush cords of wood stacked. Lots of wood for a couple of years or more. Just have to cover it now to keep it dry.

Impressive Bill however 3 1/2 rows should be about 7 cords
guintrOops I stand corrected your figuring is better than mine - I agree with your 6 cords. Awful lot of wood
Well done! It's very stylish and it seem like you have mostly birches which I think gives the most effective heat.
what kind of wood do you burn Bill ?
Ron,
It is white birch as Ella says. This year I am using a little pine for the short fires.
